Shipping

We process and ship orders within 5–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

We want you to love every Sunny Soul piece! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@sunnysoul.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
